The 29th IMT-GT Senior Officials’ Meeting (SOM) was conducted on 14 September 2022 in Phuket, Thailand. The meeting was chaired by Hon. Mr. Danucha Pichayanan, Secretary General of the Office of the National Economic and Social Development Council (NESDC) Thailand. The Indonesia delegation was led by Hon. Dr. Edi Prio Pambudi, Deputy Minister for International Economic Cooperation, Coordinating Ministry for International Economic Cooperation, Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, whilst Malaysia delegation was led by Hon. Datuk Seri Saiful Anuar bin Lebai Hussen, Director General of the Economic Planning Unit (EPU), Prime Ministers Department of Malaysia. The meeting was also attended by Mr. Alfredo Perdiguero, Director of Regional Cooperation and Operations Coordination Division, Southeast Asia Department of ADB, Dr. Lim Chze Cheen, Director of ASEAN Connectivity Division of the ASEAN Secretariat, Director of CIMT, Mr. Firdaus Dahlan, IMT-GT Working Groups, IMT-GT Joint Business Council, IMT-GT UNINET, and IMT-GT National Secretariats (NS)
